Daming mainly implements a fair, equal and open management system. The wage of an employee includes basic salary, daily review wage and performance pay. The departments are divided into operation department, technical department, production department, management department and financial department. The structure and staffing are carried out in accordance with the evaluation of management data. Work categories include metal plate/welding/ polishing workers, electricians and fitters. |

Implement daily/monthly/annual assessment mechanism. The daily assessment includes work accomplishment and individual work plan. The result will be posted and a column will be opened on the bulletin board for exchange of opinions and suggestions. The monthly assessment is launched based on the accomplishment of various working indexes specified at the beginning of the year. It mainly includes self-assessment and assessment by supervisors. With 110 scores, it¡¯s divided into 5 parts, i.e. work attitude, overall quality, work performance, auxiliary performance and work skill. Any employee who obtains at least 70 points passes the monthly assessment. At the end of the year, an annual assessment will be conducted. The technical skills consist of drawing (two and three-dimensional graphics), component design , non-standard design, new product development and engineering design. Employees can apply for the assessment based on their ability. |
