       . Equipment debugging steps

        1. Public system: 

        (1) Steam pipe: pressure test 0.9MPa for 30 minutes. After debugging, brush the pipe with antirust paint and insulating layer. Paint the layer with a red logo.   

        (2) Vacuum pipe: pressure test 0.1MPa for 30 minutes. After debugging, paint the pipe with a white logo. 

        (3) Cooling water pipe: test pressure 0.3MPa for 30 minutes. After debugging, paint the pipe with a green logo. 

        (4) Steam condensate: pressure test 0.3MPa for 30 minutes. After debugging, brush the pipe with antirust paint and insulating layer. Paint the layer with a brown logo. 

        (5) Alcohol pipe: pressure test 0.1MPa for 30 minutes. After debugging, paint the pipe with a blue logo. 

        (6) Tape water pipe: pressure test 0.3MPa for 30 minutes. After debugging, paint the pipe with a light green logo. 

         (7) Washing liquid pipe: pressure test 0.3MPa. 

         (8) Pure water pipe: pressure test 0.1MPa. 

         (9) Pneumatic gas pipe: pressure test 0.7MPa.

        2. Extraction equipment

        (1) Prepare the public system

        Observe the cooling water inlet pressure and temperature to ensure they satisfy operating conditions. 

        When steam pressure gauge reaches 0.3Mpa, open the steam pocket.

        Keep the compressed air pressure at 0.6MPa or more. 

        Check equipment and process pipe valves whether they are in working state;

        Turn on the main power switch to ensure power switches are ready;

       (2) Verification the work condition of equipment:

        a. Add herbs: put a proper amount of water to observe the sealing condition of the slag door and avoid breaking the filter when feeding. Add herbs according to process requirements, with stems first, then flowers and leaves, and close the feeding inlet.

        b. Add solvent:

        Turn on the pump and inject water to the extraction tank according to process conditions. Ensure the liquid level is appropriate to prevent blocking the pipe after materials expand.

        Slowly open the steam at the bottom and the jacket steam to ensure normal extraction and heating. Control steam pressure (0.25Mpa);(0.25Mpa)

        c. Extract:

        After adding steam, observe the temperature and pressure in the control tank.

        Observe the temperature and steam pressure to prevent overpressure operation. After boiling, close jacket steam and maintain the boiling process with steam for the required period.

        d. Circulating extraction: when extracting and heating, make the pump self-circulate for a period. Pump the extracting liquid to the tank along the tangential direction and dissolve floating herbs quickly in the solvent to shorten the extraction time and improve the extraction efficiency.

        e. Recover aromatic oil: when recovering aromatic oil, control the oil level through relevant valves to recover light oil and heavy oil;

        f. Pour liquid: turn off all the steam valves and pump out the liquid after meeting process requirements;

        g. Discharge slag: Open the compressed valve and two-position four-way valves in sequence to open the slag door slowly and discharge slag.

        Cleaning: open the cleaning valve to flush the tank and the slag door seal.

        3. Concentration equipment 

        (1) Start the public system and control steam at 0.15MPa, cooling water at 0.2MPa, temperature at 25 and vacuum degree at -0.08MPa. Prepare 25Kg of dietary alkali and dilute with water 25 times as much as the alkali to clean equipment. 

        (2) Open the inlet valve to suction a proper amount of dilute alkali solution and start providing steam. After boiling, wash equipment for 30 minutes and then begin the next process.      

        (3) Suction tap water and boil it. After 60 minutes, rinse equipment with clean water. The boiling process should be recorded.

        (4) Test record: setup time, off time, vacuum degree, pressure, temperature, solvent recovery time and recovery quantity.

        (5) Control steam at around 0.15MPa, cooling water at 0.2MPa, temperature at 2and vacuum degree at -0.08MPa. By measuring recovered solvent in the recovery tank, we can know that double-efficiency concentration equipment evaporates 2500Kg of water per hour while the compound equipment evaporates 1500Kg of water per hour. 

        4.Liquid pump:

      Check the insulation condition, three-phase current balance and lift of the motor.

      . Trial production 

      1. Add raw materials for production according to the process. 

      2. During operation, check process pipe and equipment. 

      3. Check whether the operator is skilled at production to avoid man-made faults.
