Introduction to extraction undefined production automation system

With the development of science and technology, there are growing demands for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine. Microcomputer control system can realize on-line automatic control and testing, data acquisition, process check, trend check, alarm recording, data storage and report printing, so as to achieve the overall management automation. It greatly improves product quality and also reduces labor intensity. The system design, based on the characteristics of production process, combines automatic control to complete automatical extraction (feeding, extraction, liquid pouring, slag tapping and slag transport), concentration, (alcohol precipitation, liquid pouring, slag tapping, slag transport), alcohol recovery, distillation, drying and other processes.  

This design takes full account of the explosion-proof property and reliability of field instruments and the explosion-proof property and sensitivity of the control valve. The air control valve is produced by Germany BURKERT Company, pressure and flow transmitters by Honeywell or Rosemount, and the level meter is of SWP series produced by Germany VEGA Company and Hong Kong Changhui Company. The computer uses the DCS-2001 distributed control system which is awarded the National New Product Award and, the computer main and I/O module use the IPC-90 system produced by CONTEC in Japan. The design does not use any site indicating instrument, but we can design according to process needs. In order to improve the reliability of the computer control system, we also design a backup operating system。
